AltaMar will offer a $25 three-course, pre-fixe menu with over 11 fresh choices from the Daily Specials menu. Patrons will never have to choose the same dish twice (unless they want to). AltaMar's Daily Specials menu updates as the seafood is caught fresh and brought directly to the restaurant. Choose from an array of appetizers including grouper cake with mango relish, Bahamian conch salad or Peruvian-style tiradito with yellow pepper cream and pair with a choice of pastas or entrees such as the pan roasted mahi mahi with jumbo lump crabmeat and garlic mojo or the yellowjack with mustard sauce and Madagascar green peppercorn.
