I went twice to make sure that I wasn't there on an "off" day.
First of all, I noticed stacks of cooked burgers on the side of the grill. There can be no explanation other then they pre-cook them. It was not busy, so they were going to sit around for a while.
Second, the buns, although of reasonable quality (they are baked in-house), are "buttered" and toasted en masse. They manage to get the outside of the buns greasy, and considering the taste, it must actually be margarine, or some other butter substitute.
The first time I went, I asked for a medium burger, and got a thoroughly brown center.
