The city celebrates its 49th birthday with a car show, arts and crafts, family activities, children's games and rides, a concert in the park and fireworks. A pancake breakfast, one-mile run/walk and parade also take place beginning at 7:30 a.m. at the Cooper City Community Center, 9000 SW 50th Pl., Cooper City
